1. That coaching is a powerful add-on tool to be used in conjunction with professional counseling, psychological therapy, a drug treatment program, or mental health care, but recovery coaching is not psychological counseling or medical care.

All coaching services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Ani Lahiri or Seeds of Change Life Coaching, (your “Coach”), as well as information set forth on this website (seedsofchangelifecoach.com) are meant to help you as you go through the process of recovery and life-after-recovery.

3. By using any of my services, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist or health care professional and my services do not replace the care of mental health and healthcare professionals. Coaching is in no way to be construed as or substituted as psychological therapy or medical advice.

4. Results of using my (or any) coaching service is dependent upon your own effort and hard work. By using my services, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed psychologist or health care professional, and my services do not replace the care of psychologists or other healthcare professionals.

5. By using any of the services described on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

* You are 18 or older.
* You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and wellbeing when using any of the services described on this website.
* All comments and ideas offered by my Coach are solely for the purpose of aiding me in defining goals during recovery. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to my coach to assist me in achieving such goals.
* None of the services offered on this website are a substitute for psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, medical care, or substance abuse treatment, and you will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
